I do know that the local Wal Mart near me matches the timeframes shooter1 has posted, so I think it may be very valid.

Thanks for the post shooter1! :thumbs2:

That would certainly explain how earlier in the day they had none but when going back with my daughter late in the afternoon (around 5ish or so)they were bringing it out.

My Wally-World sells it for $16.95 when they have it in stock.

I used to pay a lot less, WM bumped up the prices and I cannot find ammo at the local WM's. Maybe I am just never there at the right time.
I noticed their WWB in the 50 count boxes seemed higher than some places. Their 100 count WWB is where they always beat everyone else. Less than 30 bucks for the 45 in 100 round boxes.

It's a little more than I paid for it (but still less than Academy sells the 100 round box of Remington for) but I had to drive a good ways to find some in stock so it covers my gas and time. Anyway, I am in Friendswood and can meet at PSC if needed, pm or e-mail if interested.

Isn't $40 for a box of 100 rds. of WWB :eek6 a little pricey...Bro?
Not if the old pistola is hungry :biggrinjester:

That is about what they are charging at the gun shows I have been going to. I think that the gun show people are buying up alot of the stuff they cannot get ahold of from the Wally Worlds and selling it at the shows. I could be very wrong, but I am wearing my tin foil hat. (by the way, we need a Smiley with a tin foil hat).Image

You may not be far off. Not to long ago at Academy they were out of 9mm and said a guy came in a few days before and bought up several cases. They said he mentioned selling it at the gun show.
