That was my thought as well. I don't know why they can find charges on your record but can't find the final disposition. That is what they do on your original application for a CHL/LTC. I had two counts each or AA and AM that were no-billed by the grand jury as self defense. I had to run down to Dallas and get copies of the disposition to send in. Cleared up and everything was a go.

I can't say if it is applicable or not after they suspend your LTC but I do know that when you apply for the LTC originally they require you send them the court documents showing dismissed for any charges you may have ever faced. I remember having to do that with three different cases, two were the same event. I would probably call them and ask.
