I have carried concealed every day of my life since I was 18 years old. We had no legal carry license back in those days. My thinking on it was if I am in a situation to need to show my weapon, my life is in danger and court is far better than death. I also had a wife and daughter by the time I was 19 and would have gladly done prison time if it was needed to save their lives. I left home at 15 and spent a year on the streets before managing to work enough to afford an apartment. I saw a side of evil that has stuck with me to this day, 44 years later.
