To all my good friends on the forum:
I can't thank you enough for your kind words and thoughts and prayers. I did get out of the hospital the first of November, but was only out less than two weeks before I had to go back in again. This time, they split open my knee to clean out infection that had developed there. I've been home about a week for the second time and am on extended IV antibiotics for the rest of the month. I hope they get me cleaned out this time so I can get back to business.
I will never be able to thank you enough for your thoughts and prayers. Being stuck in the hospital for six months takes its toll. I'm confined to using crutches or a wheel chair and will probably remain so for a year, but at least I'm semi-mobile.
With luck, I hope to be at the TSRA show and banquet, and hopefully, I'll see you there.
