Tankbag. I won't carry on my body while riding because I dress to fall and don't want to have a chunk of metal cushion my contact with the pavement.

If right handed, you can't shoot while riding and besides, the throttle will remove you from a dangerous situation much more quickly than trying to draw. Shooting from a moving bike is for movie stuntmen.

Tankbag is quick and easy access while at a gas stop. If I'm leaving the bike parked, I either take the tankbag with me, since it usually has electronics like radar detector. It's also easy to discretely slip the gun into your removed helmet and throw your gloves on top of it.

Belt carry also can easily expose the weapon if your overshirt or jacket ride up in the wind.

I've been shot at while riding and there was no way I was going to try and engage the knuckleheads, the only defense was nailing the throttle and rapidly leaving the area.
