It was a factory load that was damaged. I did pull the bullet, however, and used it on one of my reloads already. ;-)

Brain cramp. I guess it wouldn't have caused damage unless the factory double charged it somehow. :oops:

I just started reloading, and things like this make my heart beat a little faster these days. Now that I think about it, as long as it feeds and extracts, it wouldn't have caused a problem other than I would have tossed it when sorting my brass for reloading later.

Bad factory ammo

What would have happened if I'd fired this round? It came out of UMC mega pack. Thank goodness I was messing around with the photo in my sig line and noticed this cracked case. Might I have had a KB?
