That probably would not fly in Texas. A common 51% venue where families go is your good old-fashioned Texas dancehall. I know it's a dying institution, but they still exist. It is not uncommon for Mom & Dad to bring the kids to the Saturday night dance. A lot of people would definitely be put out by such a law. Contrary to popular belief, not every 51% establishment in Texas has a mosh pit.
