There is no such thing as Karma. If you are nice and it gets done quickly, then it's Karma, if you are real nice and it takes 5 months, then they are just real busy. I guess it'll get done when it gets done, I've got a nice cushion.
This might be why 56 days and NO PIN. Thinks positive despite the obvious. You get more flies with honey than vinegar. I believed that if it is to happen, it will in it's own time. For me it was 24 days to get my PIN, and 70 days for my status to change to "application complete - License approved or certificate active". I personally think people just need to chill out, let the process be. As inefficient as it is, the stats the DPS CHL office produces is still impressive with what they have. Over 100,000 applications last year. 100K new CHL's a year. Man, we epitomize the Second Amendment. God Bless
