I recently got a Utah permit. It only took a couple of weeks, but was more expensive than NH. Interesting thing, I copied my Texas License and sent it to UT with the application and they almost instanly sent the permit back with a letter saying it would be revolked if anything showed up in the background check. Now why can't Texas do that with renewals?Charles L.
