I have to agree about staying out of the BYOB places. They are classless.

If this is for a bachelor party then I would suggest one of the classier establishments like The Men's Club or Treasures (in Houston). These places seldom have trouble with patrons. Bouncers abound and are professional at stopping any potential trouble, which rarely happens at these two places. You will be scanned for metal before entry. Valet parking and a very high quality restaurant. You many not carry due to the alcohol sales.
