I don't know when you were a kid, but yes; the world is much worse than it was when I was a kid, a young adult, now a senior citizen and even a day before yesterday. Is it a Biblical prophesy, climate change, TV, schools, lenient courts, etc., etc., I dunno'. But yes, it's getting worse every day...and that's the reason that I carry a gun - in CC mode.
