Did the business offer to stop their sexually discriminatory practice? If so, and the offer was rejected, my sympathies as a juror would be heavily on the defendant's side. If not, I would favor the plaintiff if no offer was made to remedy it.

It wouldn't matter to me if the business is a shooting range, a bar or a bank.
There's a quick lube place in Tyler that advertises a "Ladies Day Special". Does that bother you, too?

I don't have a problem with this guy running his business as he wants to run his business. I still remember the old, "We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service", signs. I also remember other signs :roll: from days gone by. I think in this instance, "A Ladies Day" is a good idea...for the ladies and for the sport.

If one doesn't like the way a business is run, shop/eat/shoot elsewhere. I am not condoning discrimination, I'm merely suggesting that we all have choices.
