Simple!
Either walk past it secure in the knowledge that "concealed is concealed" OR take the kid somewhere else to eat. There's a third choice: disarm and go in and enjoy the er...uh, fun.
Life is too short to spend it 'majorin' in minors'.

There it is! What's so hard to understand about the above words of wisdom?TDDude wrote:
Here's a concept: Don't go there!! Let the manager know your thoughts, write the corporation a letter and be done with it. Their food stinks anyway. I mean, it’s a kid’s joint that serves beer. What kind of moron thought that was a good idea???? (It's probably been 15 years since I've been in one. They served beer back then. I don't know about now. I remember the pizza was terrible.)
Some of the responses above seem to encourage ignoring the sign since it's improperly posted. It may eventually get you off the charges but you're going for a ride if management "makes" you and it will cost a fortune. Even if you stop something evil from happening, something tells me that you will still be charged and convicted for violating the sign. Chuck-Cheeze will insist on it.
“Criminal Trespass with a Firearm” is a pretty serious felony and that’s exactly what you’re committing when you walk past any 30-06 sign.
Man, just don’t go there. Have your kid’s birthday party at a paintball park. They probably need the exercise anyway.

Who's going to protect you from the screaming, screeching, wailing mini-terrorists (and their mommas) who Chuckee caters to?Scott in Houston wrote:It would only protect me against civil suit from the criminal or his family as I understand it.rm9792 wrote:if it is a good shoot the Castle Doctrine should stop a civil suit. Chuck could sue for any number of things... not just trespassing.
