We watched "Hurt Locker" last night. If I had to define the most telling defect of the movie story-line in a simple phrase, it would be "lack of Security". I could go on all day.
While there were a couple of pretty good "blow-up" scenes, I think the movie reinforced my belief that an invading army has little, if any, chance of "winning the hearts and minds" of any people whose country has been invaded by foreigners.
