Fundraiser - Kris Workman, paralized Sutherland Springs survior

"The community is pulling together to do this for Chris. We just needed the money for it to happen," said Stephen Willeford, the man who stopped church gunman.

Kris Workman, 36, was shot multiple times inside the First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs. His injuries left him paralyzed.

"The bullets that I took severed my spinal cord and rendered me paraplegic," said Kris Workman.

The young father now gets around using his wheelchair, but his small trailer home isn't fit for it.
