I have a LEO friend who subscribes to the same theory and exercises it during his annual / semi-annual qualifications. I am not sure if this is not just a cop out (no pun intended) as even with all of his subsidized ammunition and training he still can't out shoot me.smyrna wrote: With that said, the instructor encouraged the good shooters to NOT score a perfect score.
