I didn't even use my sights until I got to the 15-yard line and still only 3 rounds hit outside the 8 ring.

I have never understood the trepidation some people have over using a tool the way it was designed to be used. I can only think to attribute it to a subconscious fear implanted by the constant barrage of anti-gun propaganda from the media.
