Their "reenactment" skipped over the part where Mr. Martin cold-cocked George Zimmerman, jumped on top of him and started pounding on him and cracking his skull against the concrete.

You'd think the ACLU should be all over this what with their zealous regard for the fifth amendment and all and the violation of Zimmerman's right to a Grand Jury under it.

Mr. Martin was out of bounds in what he did and suffered the consequences of his decisions that night. However, there was evidence of him committing a crime, e.g. assault and battery.
