Re: Need recommendations for car gun

Mine sits in a laptop case on the seat next to me, partially unzipped. It comes in with me at night. I could justa as easily tuck it under the front seat, under the fold-down center console in my truck, or in the center console. Now that I think about it, I bet that, folded, it would probably fit in the plastic pocket on the door.

Agree 100%. I would like one of these because it uses the same mags as my EDC.

Also, IMHO, anyone who would leave a gun unsecured in a car is not thinking the process through. I have said it before, but getting your gun stolen out of your car is a bad day, interrupting the guy stealing the gun out of your car could be your last day.
I love mine, and I would probably get rid of most of my other firearms before I got rid of it. I'd like to pick up another one for my wife, since she is disgustingly accurate and comfortable with it and keeps trying to steal mine!

Kel-Tec Sub 2000. 9mm, takes Glock mags, accurate to 100+ yards, and new can be found under $350. Did I mention it folds in half and can be carried in a laptop bag?
