I think that at the moment, Ken Paxton's priority is beating a felony fraud charge. He has a hearing today (1 Dec 2015) and will argue for dismissal.mojo84 wrote:I bet it's due to workload and priority. to register my opinion that the Office of Attorney General should enforce SB 273. This is not the link for entering 30.06 complaints. This is a general contact form at the AG office.
My opinion got routed to the folks responsible for managing 30.06 complaints. I got a reply. AG opinions regarding illegal 30.06 signs will not be rendered before January.
