Thanks for all the positive responses. What I am curious about is the "certificate active" part.

Yes lately I have been very pessimistic. Kind of the way things have been going, but I have every reason to believe that everything will work out just fine. I just have to be patient, which is something I have difficulty doing.

What does "certificate active" mean?

Checked the DPS web site for the status of my application and in stead of "processing application" it said "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active".

What does that mean?

Please let it be good news, but I want to know even if it is bad.
