Ok back home with the gun. I can't believe the retention even without a thumbstrap. I can shake it hard without the gun falling out. It is very comfortable. The rear snap is a bit hard to get snapped, but I'm sure that will break in.

The only thing I don't so far is that the front strap doesn't pull the gun in as tight as I expected, but it can be lived with.

Over all I'm impressed. The jury is still out as to whether it is worth the high cost.

My VM-2 arrived today. First impression is that it is a very well made holster. It is quite stiff and will take some break in time. I am wearing it righn now at work. No gun since I can't carry here. It is very comfortable.

Milt Sparks Versa Max 2

Just placed an order for one of these for the Glock. I went through Lightning Arms Sports. They have them in stock. Its a few dollars more but it's worth it not to wait 4 to 8 months, which is what I was quoted by Milt Sparks. It should be here by Friday.
