You post a lot of good stuff so I don't mean to flame, but why are you forgetting the clerk and his family? Those are the lives which were destroyed.I have no compassion for the perps. It seems...

Re: An Encounter At Wal-Mart
I pasted a link to an e-mail and sent this to my friends & relatives. Aside from his irreverence with the Almighty's name, it was well-written and revealed what happens to people that are simply living life and minding their own business. It amazes me how many people do this as a way of life. O...

Re: Questions on CAI stamped Smith and Wesson
Thats what has me stumped. The usual S&M markings are on the right side of the gun and the import stamp is on the left side of the frame just under the cylinder. I later wished I had checked to see if there was a 640-? This is a prelock series.

Questions on CAI stamped Smith and Wesson
I ran across a S&W 640 which is stamped CAI Georgia VT. Is this an import stamp? Why would it be stamped? How does this affect the weapons value? Thanks for all responses.

Thanks, it is as I expected. In the past I have had a couple of single actions with a fitted cylinder for both caliber. You confirmed what I suspected.
