Just to throw this one out there, police stated that just the "handle" was exposed. Could he get off because he was not 'knowingly' displaying his weapon? What if when he secured his gun in his backpack and somewhere along his bike ride it became exposed without his knowledge? In no way am I defending this guy for instigating police officers, I'm just curious about the technicalities of the law.
