They're having contests to see who can talk the fastest.
The lady speaker is hanging in there, but the young guy who reads the bills has her beat. (I thought the young lady reading bills yesterday had it down, and this guy was stumbling along when he did it, but today, he's got that high-speed bill reading down pat.)

I was wondering what's with people taking turns playing Speaker?
The kid with the gavel is cool though. I would have loved that job at his age.
