thelurker wrote:Could someone please describe the inside of Mr. Warren's hoslters? Is it smooth like you can get on a Tucker holster or is it rough out? Also, how is the fit on a new holster as it relates to retention?

Extra points for a picture looking down into the holster... : )

Thanks!
The inside of all of my Warren holsters are very smooth and the retention is very good. Below are two photos. One shows the inside and the other shows the boning around the trigger guard for retention. I had Randy make this holster without a sweat shield. I don't need them on any holster, but I really didn't want it on a holster for a gun with a Deltapoint Pro.

QB wrote:Great looking holsters. I use High Noon and especially LOVE the Snapper style holsters. Next holster I need I may just look into a Warren holster. If I hadn't sold my RAMI I'd be getting that Snapper Rami holster shown......NICE!!! And NO, I'm not buying another RAMI so don't even mention it  :smilelol5: :nono:
This is my my second Warren pancake holster. All the others and the mag pouches are snap holsters. I may get him to make me a snap holster for the P-10C also. It is very convenient.

P.S.: BTW, I do think you should buy another Rami.

Re: New RD Warren Holster

The new Warren holster and mag pouch were delivered this morning. As usual, they are beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent. My other Warren holsters and mag pouches are fancy with black bodies and brown tooled overlays. I wanted a different look this time and opted for a solid black holster/mag pouch with blue stitching to honor LEOs. I saw a holster Randy did like that and had to have one.

The latest Warren holster and mag pouch are for my CZ P-10C with a Leupold Deltapoint Pro. I'm wearing it now to break it in and it will serve "street duty." Very soon.

If you want a fantastic custom holster, email Randy at rdwarrenllc@gmail.com. In case anyone is wondering, I don't get holsters free nor do I get a discount. I promote Randy's work because he is a rare leather craftsman.

rbftfire wrote:Please pardon my ignorance on this. Is the first holster pictured meant to be worn iwb, owb, or is it able to work either way?
All of them are OWB belt holsters. The ones with snaps allow you to put the holster on or take it off without having to unbuckle your belt. Two of the three Warren holsters I have are snaps, one is a pancake and the one coming is a pancake.

New RD Warren Holster

Several Forum Members have had Randy make holsters and I currently own thee with a fourth being shipped to me as I type this post. The latest one is a black pancake style for my CZ P-10C with the Deltapoint Pro. I also had Randy make a matching double mag pouch. I'll post photos of it with the pistol as soon as it arrives. My other Warren holsters are two for a 5" 1911 one for a Commander, with matching double mag pouches.

Randy has a few holsters available now and I need your help. Please buy them so I don't! Heck, I'd have to buy two more pistols to put in two of the available holsters. If you are interested, email Randy at rdwarrenllc@gmail.com

Here is what's available:

Gov't Model 1911 with double mag pouch $210

CZ Rami $115

    CZ Rami $95

    CZ P-01 $95
