As stated before, I don't want to promote it. It can only hurt our cause, both doing it and posting about. I just wanted to bring awareness to it and encourage others not to do it. Not sure what hairs there are to split about it.
I understand and my post wasn't directed toward you. You were careful in how you posted the information. I was talking about follow-up posts.

I interpret the OP as providing information about some unidentified group of licensees in some unidentified state starting a very ill-advised scheme to violate their state law. I can think of a few people in Texas that would be so irresponsible as to encourage people to do this, but I cannot imagine that CHLs would follow such poor advice. Oh yes, the "movement" probably constitutes organized crime in some states.

Don't post anything encouraging people to join this movement because that would constitute advocating illegal activity in violation of Forum Rule 4. So be careful that nothing you post could be interpreted as such. We won't be splitting hairs on this issue for obvious reasons.
