Any hotel chain that has to pay a fine for violating this new code provision will simply include boilerplate "no gun" language on their webpages and "terms." Some may go so far as to use TPC §30.06 language. These folks to go industry/trade seminars and meetings, so word will get around if even one of them has a bad experience.sailor2000 wrote:Please explain for those of us not so smart....Charles L. I would suggest that everyone forget that HB333 passed. If we push the issue, then every major hotel chain will come into compliance. This bill should never have been filed!!!!
