Some would call that compromise.
Doesn't anyone checks facts before they throw this stuff out? The COPS program already exists but Obama wanted the funding cut. These are not federal officer, it's money going to districts to hire officers. :banghead:

The legislation passed while Clinton was in office so there's no tradeoff.
