Probably yes. I've already written the bill and it is in the hands of a sponsor. It creates an offense for posting unenforceable signs and does several other things no elected official or government employee will like. :biggrinjester:

I don't know if anyone has been prosecuted under Florida's new law, because unenforceable signs started coming down in batches when the law passed! I doubt there's anyone to prosecute.
