It's my understanding the federal ban only applies to gun dealers engaged in interstate commerce.
Sorry, this is incorrect. It applies to everyone, subject to limited exceptions.

No. Strike that! If we had pro gun legislators, we'd already have the same carry rights as off duty civil servants. Thanks for reminding me of something important I need to do a month from today.

The Texas Legislature is very pro-gun simply because a lot of people have been working hard for many years to forge working relationships.

I'm all for that! :thumbs2: Change the Texas law to have lower fees, more places to carry, and eliminate the fingerprint requirement for renewals.
What places are you referring to and what should be the fee?
