DPS used to refuse digital photos, but now they are approved if shot on a camera of at least 6-megapixel. I use a Canon Digital Rebel and print them on an HP photoprinter. I'm not sure of the model number, but I believe it's a 7300. I also use a cheap little program for turning the photos into passport photos.
