Standard Time returns

I have reset the board clock to standard time; i.e. disabled DST. If you have the board preferences set for a different time then you may have to change that in order for the board clock to appear correctly. If you have the "Summertime/DST is in Effect" set to "yes," you need to change that to "no." The change is not automatic.
