I just set the redirector about two hours ago, so it'll take some time for it to propagate. Meanwhile, it should be reachable at http://www.texasshooting.com/blog.
Sorry for the trouble,
Chas.

TexasCHLblog.com
I have been playing around with the software trying to learn how to run a blog. Kalrog helped me by giving me suggestions and explaining the benefits and shortcomings of each. I chose to use more elaborate software than I need at the moment, but Kalrog said it was good if you need a CMS application. As time went on, it became obvious that I did. Especially since I'll be launching another political blog closer to the 2009 Texas Legislative Session.
Unlike many blogs, I don't plan to use it just to post my personal opinions an any particular subject. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just not what I plan for that site. I intend to use it to post information about bills, training events, etc. and when the election gets into full swing, I'll be posting campaign related material as well. Then, when the 2009 Texas Legislative Session begins, I'll use it for that as well.
I suspect most of the posts I make on TexasCHLblog will be repeated here on the forum, except for the longer ones that could bump against the maximum character limits in Olympus. There won't be too many of those, I'm pretty sure.
There isn't much there now, but if you want to have a look it's at http://www.TexasCHLblog.com.
