Whether or not we have enough people for a charter bus, I'd like to do this. Since there's a gun show in the complex, I can't think of a better place to meet. Actually, there are a good number of tables in the hotel lobby area, so maybe we could just make our own TexasCHLforum sign to mark the rally point.

If enough are going, we may be able to get our own table at either or both the FONRA dinner and the Saturday night Awards Banquet.

The Texas State Rifle Assoc. Annual Meeting and other events are scheduled for February 3 - 5, 2006 in Mesquite, Texas. I have to be there late Friday afternoon for a TSRA Legislative Committee meeting and we have the Friends of the NRA Dinner Friday night. The Annual Meeting is Saturday morning and the Awards Banquet is Saturday evening. There are a number of speakers Friday and Saturday and there will be a gun show Saturday and Sunday.

I am wondering if there are enough people going from the Houston area to warrant getting a charter bus to take us to Mesquite Friday, leaving Houston around noon, and returning to Houston Sunday morning. If there is enough interest, I'll arrange it.
