Incorrect interpretation. The fatality rate isn’t measured as a percentage of all citizens, whether or not they’ve had the disease. The metric that makes sense to me is the percentage of CLOSED cases ending in either recovery, or death. You can’t really go by open cases, because you can’t make a valid prediction based on it.
