Dr Edwin Vieira Jr - The Constitutional Militia

Dr Vieira is an attorney (biography here) who specializes in matters of banking and 2nd Amendment issues. His W/L before SCOTUS is 3/1. But beyond that, he has a deep understanding of U.S. history.

In this video (which is quite long), he gives the historical and legal origins of of the militia, and how that relates to both the state and nat'l gov’ts, the differences between the militia and the National Guard, and the importance of the 2nd Amendment to the militia and the free state. It’s quite an education.
