And that was my thought exactly. I understand that they are well-made guns, and will serve the purpose for some people in some situations, but they are not for me. If I needed a shot shell for snakes, they make snake loads for every caliber pistol I own. If it's a self-defense situation with a handgun against bipedal varmints, I'd rather have a rifled barrel, and the capacity of one of my 9mms or .45s. If it is absolutely something that calls for a shotshell and nothing else, then my Mossberg is most likely the better choice.MechAg94 wrote:I don't own one, but you can get 38 Special and 44 shot shells if you just want some snake ammo.
