But one redeeming thing they had down there....was a phenomenon whereby exceptionally 'bad' people would just disappear.
I know there isn't a 'Honey Island Swamp' in El Paso, but I bet there is a lot of suitable desert land to serve the same purpose.

You know........ with a backhoe and a water source, you can make a swamp. There's water in the Rio Grand, which flows right through El Paso. I'm guessing that some enterprising individual could come up with a backhoe. Just sayin'............
