G26ster, here's a tool you might consider.... I picked up a couple of these this past Saturday during our meet 'n shoot after AndyC brought them to my attention: http://handiracker.com. Of the two I bought, one is the "large" size, and one is the XLarge size.

The 'large' fits "most Glocks, Springfield XD & M, S&W M&Ps, 1911s".

The 'Xlarge' fits "45 Glocks, 45 XD & M's, 45 Highpoint".

The sizes I did NOT buy, but plan to, are:

Small - fits Keltec P3-AT, Ruger LCP, M&P Bodyguard.

Medium - fits Keltec PF9, Ruger LC9, Bersa 380







They were only $19.99 each at the store where I bought them. (MSRP is $29.99) I bought mine because I occasionally teach a basic pistol class to someone who is grip-strength challenged or has some other deficit that prevents them from easily racking a slide, and this seemed like a safe and easy way to do it.
