My son's BIL Tim is going to be awarded the Medal of Valor in Austin, on June 12th for his actions in rescuing the resident from that burning dwelling.

Exactly. For all the talk about abuse of power, militarization, no-knock warrants, SWAT-ing, dog-shooting, etc., we need to be reminded that the majority of cops are doing a very good job, and doing it selflessly.mojo84 wrote:Just another day at the office.

Officer Tim Whitley is my son's brother in law. He's married to my daughter in law's sister. He thankfully did not get burned, although he did cut his arm up on the window glass while trying to rescue the man inside his burning home.
