Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. Personally, anything electronic ought to be no more than an accessory to the basic weapon. Guns are mechanically fairly simple, and they ought to remain that way if we're going to have confidence that they won't malfunction when we need them most. Electronics can be disabled by too many things, even things that we may not be instantly aware are happening.....EMP, for instance.EconDoc wrote:I'll believe in smart guns when police carry them by choice.
