I remember back in the 1990s when we had "gun tourism" from Japanese travelers. They paid a lot of money to come here for a week and do a bunch of what they're not allowed to do their entire lives back home........that is spend time at the range and quote Dirty Harry all day.

There were even companies that would organize these tours in order to secure the blessings of liberty for any Japanese citizen with enough money to buy it for a couple of weeks.
