Guys, we have to be charitable here. This was a Massachusetts police dog, and he probably barely passed his firearms qualification. Had this been a Texas or Oklahoma LawDog, he would have known to keep his booger-claw off the bang switch. It's all about training.

This was too good not to post.LAWRENCE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A specially trained police dog accidentally fired a gun into a Crescent Street home while searching for the stolen firearm in a nearby snowbank.
The stolen firearm was reportedly buried in a snowbank by one of three suspects who were being sought by police. K-9 Ivan was called to the scene shortly after the incident occurred early Saturday morning.
