My 5-20x50HD has that reticle. It's actually their design, with patent pending. Also, the mil "dots" are actually small diamond shaped lines with a central aiming dot inside the diamond.My only complaint is that at the highest levels of illumination some of the red light starts to bleed out of the lines and into the target picture. But, you don't really need the highest levels of illumination when it is really night outside, and the "bleeding" isn't that big of a problem in low light because the medium levels are plenty bright enough.
Also, they have a 1-4X version of their HD tactical scopes which has two different versions of an illuminated reticle, which are both more suited to the CQB role, and would compare favorably to the ACOG in the same role as the ACOG.
