Yes, I do. I was born in Morocco in 1952, and all I have is a photocopy of the original Certificate of Live Birth signed by the U.S. Consul in Casablanca at the time. My first application was held up pending my providing them with this document. I sent them a photocopy of the photocopy in my possession and that was good enough.
