I don't deny that most CHL holders, myself included, can't be caught by surprise. The assumption that airsoft qualifies as firearms "training" when the subject has no firearms experience is vapid. Yes, it can be a valid training tool in specific situations, but one assumes firearms familiarity to begin with. Airsoft experience, in and of itself, is not a substitute for firearms experience.
