I was going to ask the same thing. I can see it as a deep concealment backup gun, but not for primary carry. It is difficult enough to draw a regular subcompact/compact/full-sized pistol from a holster in the 2 seconds or so that it would take an attacker to cross the distance from the 15 yards "I have no business shooting anybody" range to the 2 foot "I NEED to shoot NOW" range........less than 2 seconds if the other guy has a gun too.

It's not a talisman. My guns are useless to me if I can't get to them in time to use them.
