Putting this in perspective... The victim is a New York doctor who earns enough money to vacation with his family in Vail, Colorado. Not that there's anything particularly wrong with that, but this is really about one very wealthy man's shoddy treatment of another less wealthy man. That said, I would never let someone who manifests the personal ethics of a Ferengi handle my money. Doesn't matter if they charge this guy with a felony or not. His business will be affected.
