I'm no lawyer, but I believe that the post office restrictions apply only to those buildings owned or leased by the federal gummint in which post offices are still located. Since the Postal Service maybe leases a part of the store, but not the whole store; and since the space used is most probably not leased by the federal gummint (the postal service is not owned by the gummint) I would say that you're good to go.
